YES, we are seeing patients.
To maintain biosecurity and thwart the spread of COVID-19, we are utilizing the following protocol for visits:
Upon arrival for an appointment, we will call you and check your companion animal in via telephone or outside in person, maintaining social distancing and with masks in place.
We request that you remain in your house or maintain social distancing, with mask in place, outside during our visit.
Unfortunately, we cannot permit pet parents to enter our mobile facility, nor can we enter your house, at this time. However, if requested, we will enter garages, covered and screened-in porches, as needed.
We will be in contact with you via telephone or at a safe distance outside during our visit to answer questions or concerns, as well as to offer our assessment and plan for your dog or cat’s health care.
We are also continuing our medication delivery service - please do not hesitate to contact us if your companion animal is in need of any medication or parasite preventive refills.
At this time, credit card payments are preferred over cash or check.
Our goal is to keep both your companion animal AND you safe and well!
